FARMERS MARKET VENDORS
The Greenfield Farmers Market is now accepting applications for the 2019 season. Applicants should download and review the materials below. Completed applications with full payment will be considered for participation. Food truck vendors have a separate application and scheduling structure.
MAKERS MARKET VENDORS
The Makers Market occurs the first Sunday of each month. We are seeking artists and craft vendors to sell their high quality, handmade goods. Those interested in participating as a Makers Market vendor should be aware that space will be limited. Please review all application materials and submit appropriate forms, payment and samples for consideration.
Makers Market Application Items:
The Farmers Market has a designated booth space for non-profit organizations of the Greater Greenfield Community. The intention of this booth space is to allow non-profits who wish to promote their work or cause the ability to do so, as well as to enhance the connections in the community. Some examples of non-profit booth appearances include: the Boys & Girls Club recruiting volunteers, Susan G. Komen promoting Breast Cancer Awareness Month, any non-profit handing out organization information/flyers, etc. (not a fundraising mechanism). We will allow each organization one Market appearance. Additional appearances may be granted if there are vacancies; these would most likely be booked no more than one week ahead of time.
Regular appearances and promotions are available in exchange for volunteer duties in the market's Information Booth. Please fill out a Non-Profit Booth Space Request Form or contact the market manager for more information: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The market hosts a live musician every Sunday of the season (May - October). If you are a talented musician or member of a musical group and are interested in performing at the Greenfield Farmers Market, please contact the market manager with a sample of your work and a filled out Musician Information Form. You may email email@example.com.
NOTE: Those musicians who are booked must fill out a W-9 and return it to the market manager to receive their honorarium.

Volunteers of the market work at our Information Booth where they help customers by handing out flyers, answering questions, selling reusable shopping bags and completing Credit/Debit/EBT transactions for the market token system. Volunteers build valuable relationships with patrons and vendors and have a lot of fun! Volunteers typically arrive a half hour before the market opens and stay through the hours of operation. Volunteer shifts may be split if we have appropriate coverage. If you are interested in volunteering, please email your name and contact information to firstname.lastname@example.org.
